Tomatoes poached eggs

Ingredients4 tomatoes 4 eggs salt and pepper Fennel Chili flakes Olive oil

Remove the top of every tomatoe with a knife and empty the inside using a teaspoon. Season the tomatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper and cook them in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. In the meanwhile cook the poached eggs. When tomatoes are cooked, crack the eggs and put them inside tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, fennel and chili flakes. Enjoy
