Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients

300 g whole grain flour
100 g oil
65 g agave syrup
5 spoons peanut butter
a pinch of salt
Domori cocoa bean

Instruments

  • Rolling pin
  • Cookie-cutter

Procedure

Mix flour and salt into a bowl. Then add peanut butter, agave syrup, oil and mix all the ingredients until obtaining a dough.

Put the dough into the fridge for 30 minutes.

Roll the dough using the rolling pin until you obtain a dough less than 1 cm thick. Using a cookie-cutter, cut the rolled dough.

Add cocoa beans and bake them in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes (180 °C).
