Chocolate truffle


¾ cup soaked cashew
½ cup agave syrup
½ tsp vanilla
1/3 cup melted chocolate
¼ cup water
1/3 cup cocoa powder
a pinch of salt
8 tbsp coconut flour


  • Blender
  • Measurement cup

Place all the ingredients into the blender (except for cocoa powder) and mix them until you obtain a smooth and creamy mixture. Then, add the cocoa powder and blend it again until the cocoa is well mingled with the mixture. Put the mixture into the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Once the mixture is thicker, take a spoon of it and create small balls with your hands. Cover the balls with coconut flour.
