Pecan and chocolate cookies
Ingredients 2 tbsp flaxseed + 6 tbsp water ¾ cup wheat flour ¼ cup cocoa powder ½ tsp baking soda 15 drops sweetener salt 1 cup chocolate chip ¼ cup almond milk 1/3 cup peanut butter Preheat the oven at 175C.
Procedure Mix flaxseed with water and let it rest for 10 minutes. In the meanwhile, mix in a bowl wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Melt half chocolate chip and mix it with peanut butter and sweetener. Add flaxseed, almond milk and mix. Add the other half of chocolate chip and knead well. Take a spoon of dough, make a ball and place it on the baking paper. Press the ball with your hands to make cookie. Place a pecan nut on top of each cookie and add salt flakes. Bake for 14 minutes.
