Chocolate caramel bars


For the bottom
9 dates
3/4 cup walnuts
1/3 cup di cocoa powder
1+1/2 tbsp coconut flour
A pinch of salt
Blend all ingredients until you obtain a sandy texture and use it to cover a casserole 15 cm large. Compact the dough with your hands.
Caramel layer
2 cups dates
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 di cup maple syrup
Place all the ingredients in a powerful blender and blend for a couple of minutes. Pour it evenly over the bottom layer.
Chocolate layer
1/4 di cup coconut oil
1 tbsp almond butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup cocoa powder

Mix all the ingredients to ubtoain a smooth mixture. Pour the caramel layer over it and freeze for 2 hours circa.
