Chocolate avocado mousse
A chocolate avocado mousse 100% plant based! This is another way to use one of my favourite ingredients: avocado. In this recipe avocado will be undercover, in fact I've used it as base for a plant based mousse.
Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until you obtain a smooth mousse.
Pour the mousse in the glasses where you’ll serve it and let them chill in the fridge for 1 hour. Before serving the chocolate avocado mousse, top it with cacao beans and pistachio nuts.
